Payment in Full:
- Pay online using bank account or credit card by August 1, 2025.
- Payments managed through Blackbaud Tuition Management, with detailed instructions provided via email.
Monthly Payments:
- A setup fee of $56 at the time of signing the contract.
- Monthly payments due by the 28th, from July 2025 to June 2026.
- Automatic payment setup available.

How do I apply for financial aid?
Financial aid is offered to any family, current or prospective, that displays financial assistance after completing the financial aid application through Blackbaud Financial Aid. Siena Catholic Schools covers the cost for all applicants.
Two application periods are available

- The Fall session opened October 14 with a deadline of December 14. This session is for new families looking to enroll at any Siena Catholic School. This session is also open for current families that will have an incoming high school student.
- The Spring session opens February 1 with a deadline of April 15, 2026. This is open to any family wanting to apply for financial assistance.

How can I apply for the Choice Program?
The Siena Promise Scholarship is a renewable $2,500 high school tuition grant for families, offered annually, that meet the following criteria:
- Have attended a Siena Catholic School or Siena Parish Religious Education Program for three years or more
- Is in good financial and behavioral standing
- Meets St. Catherine’s High School academic standards
Siena Catholic Schools of Racine offers financial aid options to assist families with the cost of tuition. To apply for financial aid, please follow the link to Blackbaud Financial Aid. The financial aid application is open two times a year:
- October 1 through December 14, for new families only. Awards emailed in mid-January.
- February 1 through April 15, for all families. Awards emailed in mid-May.
Siena Catholic Schools of Racine partners with the Department of Public Instruction to offer tuition assistance through the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP). RPCP covers the cost of tuition at 100% for grades K4 – 8. Follow the link to find the application for the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP). Open enrollment periods are February, March, April, May, June, July, August and September between the 1st and the 20th, except for September, which runs the 1st through the 16th. For families currently receiving tuition assistance through the Choice Program, February is the only month that will guarantee your child(ren)’s seat in their current school for the 2024-25 school year.
